Shipping and Order Processing

GENERAL

All orders are processed and fulfilled same day as long as order is received and paid before 12PM NST during courier operating times Monday through Friday. All orders received over a weekend will be processed and fulfilled next business day. 

*Please note custom products such as labels/stickers may take up to 48 hours depending upon artwork approval and other factors. Custom branded wholesale e-juice orders may take up to 72 hours.

IMPORTANT: If ordering from PEI | Nova Scotia | New Brunswick | Quebec we only ship NON-FLAVORED e-liquids and electronics without flavored e-liquid. Please visit our blog HERE for details for each province. Your order will be immediately cancelled if flavored e-Liquids are included in your order. 

"VAPE ON WHEELS" - SAME DAY DELIVERY - LOCALLY 12KM RADIUS

We now offer same day delivery with our "Vape On Wheels" delivery service. This service is ONLY available in the pre-defined 12km radius from our shipping hub. If available in your area an option will appear in the shipping section on checkout.  This service if FREE on all orders of $75 pretax and only $10 for orders below. 

How to use the “Vape On Wheels” service?  Upon checkout the SAME DAY DEIVERY option will appear if your postal code you entered in the "SHIP TO" address is within the geographical radius range offered by this service. After selecting the "same day delivery local" option and submitting your order, simply text a picture of your driver's license (or government issued ID) to 709-725-7721 OR email to contact@vapecity.ca. Your ID name must match your name on the order AND address for delivery. If there are any issues due to a different address(ie. recently moved) contact us via text/phone. Cut off time for same day processing is 12PM NST. All orders received after 12 NOON will be delivered on the next business day. Delivery of your order will be between 12PM-6PM. If you have specific instructions for delivery  (such as "drop in mailbox" OR "place under front patio" etc.) make sure to include in the comments section OR text at the same time as you text the ID confirmation. By using this service you agree to the above policies.

COURIERS USED FOR ORDER DELIVERY

We use a variety of trusted couriers, including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. If your order is being shipped to a PO Box, Canada Post is the only available delivery option.

All first-time orders require an age-verification signature upon delivery: 19+ in most provinces and 21+ in Prince Edward Island. Orders requiring this signature will need to be shipped by Canada Post.

If you prefer your order to be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or Purolator, you may text proof of legal age to 709-725-7721 before your order is shipped. To verify your age, we require the following clear and legible photos:

  1. A photo of the front of your driver’s license

  2. A photo of the back of your driver’s license

  3. A selfie holding your driver’s license

If you are using a Canadian passport, we require:

  1. A clear photo of the passport information page

  2. A selfie holding the passport open to the information page

If any submitted information is unclear, incomplete, or appears inaccurate, we reserve the right to ship the order by Canada Post with age-verification signature required.
