All orders are processed and fulfilled same day as long as order is received and paid before 12PM NST during courier operating times Monday through Friday. All orders received over a weekend will be processed and fulfilled next business day. 

*Please note custom products such as labels/stickers may take up to 48 hours depending upon artwork approval and other factors. Custom branded wholesale e-juice orders may take up to 72 hours.

"VAPE ON WHEELS" - SAME DAY DELIVERY - LOCALLY 10KM RADIUS

We now offer same day delivery with our "Vape On Wheels" delivery service. This service is ONLY available in the pre-defined 10km radius from our shipping hub. If available in your area an option will appear in the shipping section on checkout.  This service if FREE on all orders of $75 pretax and only $10 for orders below. 

How to use the “Vape On Wheels” service? After selecting the same day delivery local option and submitting your order. Ensure payment is complete via e-transfer and simply text a picture of your driver's license (or government issued ID) to 709-725-7721. Your ID name must match your name on the order AND address for delivery. Cut off time for same day processing is 12PM NST. All orders received after 12 NOON will be delivered on the next business day. Delivery of your order will be between 2PM-6PM. If you have specific instructions for deliver if you are not home (such as drop in mailbox OR place under front patio etc.) make sure to include in the comments section OR text at the same time as you text the ID confirmation. By using this service you agree to the above policies.

COURIERS USED FOR ORDER DELIVERY

We use a variety of couriers including Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and FedEx. If we are shipping to a PO BOX you entered on checkout,  Canada Post is the only option for PO BOX delivery.  Also all first time orders require a 19 plus signature and Canada Post will need to be used for this. You can text a proof of age document (license or passport) to us at 709-725-7721 if you prefer UPS, FedEx or Purolator instead.
