Use only batteries, charging equipment, replacement components and accessories that are suitable for the device being used.

Where a vaping device uses removable batteries:

• inspect battery wraps regularly;
• do not use batteries with damaged wraps or insulation;
• never carry loose batteries in a pocket or bag with keys, coins or other metal objects;
• store unused batteries in an appropriate protective case; and
• ensure batteries are installed with the correct orientation.

Do not modify a vaping device or use it in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

Manufacturer Performance Claims

Certain products sold through VapeCity may include performance specifications supplied by their manufacturer, including:

• estimated puff counts;
• battery capacity;
• liquid capacity;
• wattage ranges;
• charging times;
• coil resistance;
• operating modes; and
• other performance characteristics.

Where VapeCity publishes such information, these specifications may be identified as manufacturer-rated, manufacturer-reported, advertised by the manufacturer, designed for, or up to a stated specification.

Actual performance can vary depending on usage patterns, device settings, inhalation duration, charging behavior, storage conditions and other factors.

Manufacturer specifications should not be interpreted as a performance guarantee from VapeCity unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product Instructions and Compatibility

Always review the manufacturer's instructions before using a vaping product.

Replacement coils, pods, tanks, batteries, chargers and other components are not universally interchangeable.

Customers should verify compatibility with their specific device before use.

Customers should not alter, dilute, combine or add substances to vaping liquids unless the product is specifically intended for that purpose and the user understands the applicable instructions.

Do not add oils, cannabis concentrates, unknown substances or ingredients not intended by the manufacturer for use in a particular vaping product.

Devices should not be mechanically or electronically modified in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer's intended use.

Legal and Regulated Products

Vaping products sold in Canada are subject to federal and, where applicable, provincial requirements concerning matters such as product composition, nicotine concentration, packaging, labelling, promotion and excise taxation.

East Coast Distribution Inc. operates as a federally licensed e-liquid manufacturer and VapeCity sells vaping products through the regulated Canadian market.

References on VapeCity.ca to licensing, regulatory requirements, excise stamps or product labelling describe applicable regulatory status or requirements. They should not be interpreted as meaning that Health Canada or another government authority has endorsed, recommended or declared a vaping product to be safe.

Government authorization, licensing, registration, taxation or regulatory compliance does not mean that a vaping product is harmless or without health risks.

Age Verification

VapeCity sells vaping products only to customers who meet the applicable legal age requirements.

Age verification of 19 plus years of age and 21 plus years of age is required upon receiving an order. Only government issued identification such as a drivers license or passport is acceptable. All orders are sent via Canada Post with age verification. 

Customers must provide accurate information during age-verification procedures and must not purchase vaping products on behalf of an underage person.
