Please note that all sales are final on products purchased due to sanity issues. Its important to make sure you are aware of any products unable to be used or in your territory due to regulations that maybe implemented. If you are a wholesaler and wish to resell any of our products please contact us and a sales rep will let you know any that may cause an issue. We take no responsibility on fulfillment of items ordered due to you (the customer) not being aware of state/provincial or federal law except on a wholesale level and a wholesale account will be in place. Ordering directly from our website assumes that you (the customer) are using for personal use only. As of October 1st 2022 the Canadian Federal Government implemented the excise vaping tax and under no situation will we accept returns of product(s) due to negligence or other factors involving provincial or federal regulations.

If you received the wrong product that was ordered and listed on your invoice (due to our fulfillment error) we will ship to you the appropriate item(s). Depending on the item(s) purchased we may require you to ship the item(s) back to us before shipping the correct items. If it was our mistake we will pay for any shipping costs occurred and will credit your account for the amount paid OR send you a pre-paid label to attach and ship back with the appropriate freight company. If the item(s) was opened unfortunately we will not replace as it must be in original packaging and wrap. Please check your order after you immediately receive it. All online orders will require a 19 plus signature and will only be released via freight company to the name on the "ship to" address. If you are under 19 years of age and are unable to retrieve your order due to not presenting a valid ID absolutely no credit adjustment/refund will be given. By ordering you agree that you are 19 plus.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited services. UPS or Purolator. If you prefer a specific courier please add in the notes section on check out. We will try our best to use your preference but unfortunately sometimes a particular courier may not offer an option for your area. Weekends are NOT considered business days with the shown estimated times on check out. Shipping times vary depending upon your geographical location in Canada. We do not ship internationally. Please note that we do not have any control over disruptions on behalf of couriers, unforeseen strikes and weather delays etc. A valid ID showing 19 plus years of age is required by law with any and all vaping supplies. Certain products such as stickers will not require a 19 plus signature.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped the same day if received before 11am NST. Orders received after 11am NST will be fulfilled and shipped on the next business day(business days do not include weekends). If a product is not available for some reason than a VapeCity representative will contact you with options via phone number provided either by call or text. Please ensure that your phone number is correctly recorded to prevent any delays in processing.

We now offer same day delivery with our "Vape On Wheels" delivery service. This service is ONLY available with St. John's Metro area and your ship to address must have St. John's listed as city. We DO NOT HAVE THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR OUTSIDE OF ST.JOHN'S METRO at the moment. Areas such as Mount Pearl, Torbay, CBS, Pouch Cove etc. are not applicable and you will need to select another option for shipping with Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator. This service if FREE on all orders of $75 pretax and only $10 for orders below.

How to use this service? After selecting the same day delivery local option and submitting your order. Ensure payment is complete via e-transfer and simply text a picture of your driver's license (or government issued ID) to 709-725-7721. Your ID name must match your name on the order AND address for delivery. Cut off time for same day processing is 12PM NST. Delivery of your order will be between 3PM-6PM. If you have specific instructions for deliver if you are not home (such as drop in mailbox OR place under front patio etc.) make sure to include in the comments section OR text at the same time as you text the ID confirmation. By using this service you agree to the above policies.
