East Coast Distribution - VapeCity regrets to officially notify customers that the VapeCity Rewards Program has been removed from administration and is no longer active as of June 25th, 2026.

Over the past six months, customers who were using the VapeCity Rewards Program received three separate notification emails advising that the program would be retired. These advance notices were sent to provide customers with time to review and use any available rewards before the program was permanently removed.

We understand that rewards programs are appreciated by loyal customers, and this decision was not made lightly. VapeCity has always worked to provide strong value, dependable service, and competitive pricing for adult customers across Canada. However, due to the increasing financial pressure caused by the Federal Excise Tax on vaping products, the profit ratio associated with many vape products no longer allows us to continue offering a rewards-based discount program.

Why the VapeCity Rewards Program Was Removed

The vaping industry in Canada has experienced significant regulatory and tax changes over the past few years. Federal excise tax requirements have increased the cost of doing business for licensed vape retailers, wholesalers, importers, and e-liquid manufacturers.

For East Coast Distribution - VapeCity, this means that continuing to operate a rewards program is no longer sustainable while also maintaining fair product pricing, reliable order fulfillment, licensed manufacturing standards, and continued service to our customers.

Rather than increasing prices further to support a rewards system, we have chosen to remove the program and continue focusing on practical value where it matters most.

Customers Were Notified in Advance

Any customer actively using the VapeCity Rewards Program would have received three notification emails over the past six months advising that the program was being retired.

These notices were sent before the final removal of the rewards system to ensure customers had advance awareness of the change.

As of now, the program has been fully removed from administration and is no longer available on VapeCity.ca.
