WAIVER AND RELEASE:

I am of legal age to purchase tobacco products in my province or state and I have experience in mixing eLiquids. I understand the toxicity risks involved with handling and mixing nicotine concentrate and that in no way, shape or form will I hold VapeCity or its associates responsible for negligence in handling or improper mixing. I agree that I am purchasing this product completely at my own risk and for the use in blending eLiquids ONLY.

NICOTINE IS A POISON IN ITS RAW FORM. IT IS VITAL TO FOLLOW PROPER SAFETY GUIDELINES WHEN MIXING YOUR OWN E LIQUID RECIPE

Successful mixing relies on some understanding of the basic principles. The Nicotine Density 100mg, indicates a nicotine concentration of 100mg per ml (not per bottle.) This equates to a strength of 10% w/v (because there are 1000 mg in 1ml.) If you water it down 50:50 with another (nicotine-free) liquid, then the result will contain 50mg/ml, etc., no matter if you are mixing 1 drop of each, or a ml of each, or a litre of each.

You will need to add some inert liquids to dilute the nicotine concentrate (these substances are called diluents). You may use propylene glycol (PG) or vegetable glycerine (VG) and of course concentrated ejuice flavorings. We guarantee that all VapeCity DIY products are of the finest quality that the industry has to offer.
